You should keep the aux fan. If your Lincoln Mark VIII craps out you won't have any means of cooling the radiator. The aux fan will keep the engine from overheating if you Lincoln fan craps out.

It would take many hours of driving of fully charge it. Don't know the exact time but it's way more than an hour if it was discharged enough so that the starter only clicked when you turned the key.

Speedo bulbs can be purchased at BMW, they are cheap.
MID bulbs can be ordered from electronic supply houses, IIRC they are CM-712.
