The bushings are worn out and you have to remove the wiper tranny. It is a pain to do. I do have a good wiper tranny for 40 plus shipping. I am still trying to get to my garage to check for the tan...

I think you might be over stating the fact about the chain. It is not a common problem and yes can happen but not likely. As to saving hundreds? The m20 with the belt was built to be less of a gas...

I would agree. I would suggest taking it out and double checking the 2 wires attached to the fan are tight, but good chance the fan will need to be replaced. I think I have a good used fan for 50...

I would go and get your battery and alternator checked. Yes the wires on the trunk lid can wear and cause problems, but the problems you are having do not sound like they are related.

Since you have a new set of door cards just tear...

Since you have a new set of door cards just tear off the old door card. You can easily remove the door actuator then. It is held on by 2 7mm screws.
