Jeep recall for ZF Transmissions...why no BMW recall?

I have a 2005 E60 and also have the 'surge when stopping' problem, delayed reverse, hesitation at 35-40 mph crusing speed, and just the other day as a bonus, got the 'Transmission Failure' warning...

If your car is pre-wired for the CD changer, it'll work.

Steering wheel controls won't switch the MP3 tracks, but the volume works.
