Make sure the rear bolts are centered in the holes in the rail and tight to the floor. A little hangup on the side of the rail hole and the seats are just that bit loose.

pretty sure the caliper pins are 6mm hex. That's all you need to change the pads. Probably something to push back the pistons, but that's it toolwise.
