I am thinking I am going to have to do as you say and tear the actuator apart from the inside. Maybe at that point I can get to the mechanism holding the latch.

Aaarrrergggggghhhhh!!! I have been fiddling with this door all morning. I cannot find anything that shows how I can open the door.

Here is the problem. Electrically the actuator works I can hear...

I have the exact same problem as the OP but cannot for the life of me figure out what pieces are shown in the picture. If I can get the door open I can replace the actuator. Ugh I have been fighting...

All that statement meant was that if the car was under warranty I wouldn't be messing with any of it myself. ;)

Thanks for the suggestion. I tried that and it blew bubbles into the reservoir. So either the screeen is that mucked up or the pump makes noise but isnt functioning properly. :confused:

And read and read but I still cant find out how to access the washer fluid pump on an 06 325i.
I have found many DIY's that show the resivoir and pump in the motor housing but on the 06 325 it is...
