To be 100% honest. I dont like the sound of my diesel..I drive it only because of the fuel economy and torque..Every second car in Europe is a diesel, and this transistion from gasoline is poluting...

Yes, I finally didt it..Not because I felt it was necessary, but mostly because of my curiosity how much better car would become with non Run flats..My car has AD, so its allready very comfortable...

I totally agree. The self levelling suspension has nothing to do with comfort...Except that it keeps the car in level under load...My car has by the way, both AD and self levelling suspension..

AD has nothing to to with the steering of the car...The X5 have been widely critized for the heavy steering. (Which doesen`t bother me at all, but many prefere the active steering option)

I changed my battery 1 year ago to a 100ah AGM battery. It is a 10 min DIY job..No need to reprogram..(unless you use a smaller AH battery than original)

To my knowledge, the damper on the X5 with AD are not hidraulically controlled. Maybe you are mixing it up with the active stabilisers in Dynamic Drive, which are hydraulically controlled?
