I would be curious to see the data on how the car was driven before I took delivery. Hopefully no one went crazy since it was an ordered vehicle.

My guess is many many on the lot models have...

For those trying to break in on a highway road trip...

Use the manual shift mode and change the gears frequently. Vary gears based on speed to keep rpms below 4k.

Are you serious? How hard do you grind your hand and swirl it around when closing the tail gate?

The wind from freeway driving will grind in more sand/grit/dirt in your paint than your hand will....

By the way, colder denser dryer air is better than warmer temps. The why lower elevation is better, denser air. More oxygen molecules per fixed volume.

Here's the problem with the motor trend video...what fuel were they using? What was the air temperature, humidity and elevation? These factor in more than you would think...especially on turbos...

I'm always concerned with how used cars were driven during the break in period. Loaners are treated like **** so be careful. There is probably more wear on the engine than the mileage would suggest. ...
