E91 iPod interface doesn't work, two dashes CDC

Hi,

My 01/2007 E91 has an original iPod interface retrofitted. Fiberoptics and everything is connected.

I see the CDC option in the Audio menu, but it's just two dashes (CDC text underneath it)...

I will order the AIT sensor today, but the BOSCH guy said that it would make the engine cut out TOPS, not shut the ECU down itself. :)

The new position sensor measures 1244 ohm. My local parts shop states that the value should be 1400 +/- 10%. A bit out of range, but works just perfectly.

Crankshaft sensors on the other hand...

I had the same issue with my E36 Coupé, swapped the cluster, never saw the problem again.

Exactly the same issue, as mentioned. Needles dropping, then catching up again, service status...
