"Professional" is just the model name of the head...

"Professional" is just the model name of the head unit (as opposed to "Business"). It is unrelated to the Bluetooth hardware.

The steering wheel button set is the same regardless of the options...

It's the valve cover gasket set. Besides the perimeter gasket, there is another that surrounds each spark plug well where it meets the valve cover. Yours is leaking.
