A lean issue at idle definitely can cause a misfire if the lean issue is severe...

By the looks of your data on the p3283 I don't think you need a fuel pump. Notice how bank 1 is extremely lean and bank 2 is about normal. If you had a fuel pump issue both banks would be very lean....
