i know plenty of friends that own SMG M3's and never had any issue with it, it's just bad luck whenever they do go wrong.
paddle shifting with SMG on...

in the meantime, if u want to disable the mirrors, u can remove the fuse (57 and 25 IIRC) to cut off the power on the mirrors

check for signs of leak by doin a compression test.

i have a ZHP with some mods and an LSD. obviously, when u install an LSD, u'd wanna practice and have fun every once in awhile....
