My $0.02. Correctly repair the wires. Clean and correctly set up the TPS. Have the injectors rig cleaned. Consider O2 sensors and engine temp sensor to ECU if you still have problems.

The 7 is really a great drive and worth the occasional visit to the stealer IMO. Let them set up the battery charge controller - pay up - look big and move on. My $0.02.

Which is why I suggest rig clean the injectors. The only other item to change is the tempreature sender for the ECU.

Really really easy. From memory 19mm ring spanner or deep socket. Minimal oil loss as it is at the top of the engine.

Ohms on injectors is only part of the story. Take them out and have then rig cleaned. Don't waste your $ on 'Add-To-The-Tank' cleaners.

Out here the only O2 sensors are prior to the cats so either way the ECU gets accurate input. If your spec is O2 before and after that will cause a problem without extra work.

Problems that come and go are often damaged/corroded electrical wires/joins/terminations. I would be checking those carefully along with the vac tubes.
