You will not have time for the tires to come up to speed and pressure as in the track. So you need to start high, probably 40psi. Of course you'll then need to adjust for understeer and conditions....

I would just add, make sure the car is warmed up. Up to operating temperature by driving around (not idling) so that everything works as designed and you don't stress anything.

They are silver. I don't particularly like the look for the street, but it performs really well on the track. Same size as the Nittos I use now, 245/40/18. It's the only size I've used on these...
