With no fuse in for the fuel pump you won't get any fuel at the injectors.

Ours have a spring in them to supply some tension when the engine is off.

Install the alt, then the PS pump, the water pump and the idlers.
You can pop the seals out of the idler pulleys and add some bearing grease inside them. What's let inside the race isn't much.

The intake would be the last thing I'd do.
Probably the water pump and then the valve covers, then you can slap on the intake. Make sure the bottom gaskets stay in place while your getting that CCV...
