It's possible you were touching the accelerator with your foot on the brake. When the brake is floored, it's about even with the gas so it's really easy to heel-toe downshift. I did it accidentally...

I doubt it's the throttle body, since when you hold the pedal at a certain position, the throttle isn't moving and wouldn't cause a squeal. You could clean it anyway, though. Maybe the fuel pump?

If it's on a cold start it could be your emissions air pump. Mine makes LOUD annoying whistling noises for the first minute or so after a cold start, then cuts out. I think the pump only needs to run...
