There is NO added NVH from solid subframe bushings. Many new models have solid rear subframes (M[3|4|5]). The only noise/vibration comes from replacing the diff bushings with solid or urethane.

Try "lifting" yourself out by using the lower door sill. When getting in, place your left hand on the bolster and slide off your hand.

You'll reduce wear to almost zero using these methods.

I believe so, although, I have no idea as to its intended purpose. Have you turned on the lights in various positions and conditions and see what type of light it throws? Is it the DRL perhaps?
