clunk from park to reverse to drive

I get a clunk from park to reverse to drive. It is not that bad yet should I suspect the GUIBO JOINT? If so for the guys have replaced did you go after market or OEM?

Keif had one in the DIY section that helped greatly. I got instruction from alldata as well. Got a print out from a buddy. It took 2 of us to do mine and it was 12hrs easy.
