I'm sorry we side tracked to the headlights. My question was about the front turn signal lamps which are regular bulbs. The original had a turn latch base and now they are too small for the holes....

Really ck your overflow tank by removing plastic screw and housing, then pull up gently (attached to 2 hoses)and ck front side of tank for cracks. Took a while to find out where my coolant was...
