Took off the cover for the DME connector and started probingthe back with the ignition on;
Pole 1 (fuel pump relay) gets power

I've swapped chips and MAFs, I only ever took the DME out long enough to change chips and then bolted it back in.
I'm checking grounds right now, it the little plastic raceway above the injectors...

I checked continuity between the DME and CPS...

I checked continuity between the DME and CPS connectors! And ordered a new CPS from Advance, expensive, but this needs to be done.
