A body shop isn't the right place to go for these issues. Find a good independent BMW shop, not the dealer.

How many miles on the car? Where are the oil leaks?

If the engine oil isn't contaminated AND you are getting an oil "milkshake" in the expansion tank then you might want to look again at...
