FWIW you also have an electric water pump but if it was that it would overheat at high speeds too.

I don't think we really know what the new one will look like. I agree on the muffler but I expect it will not be there on the production model. The Germans really like screwing with the auto spies....

I'm very light sensitive, high beam DRL's bug me in the daytime, but I think the lights on mine are quite bright for halogens. So bright that I've wondered if BMW uses special H7 bulbs.
