Not an uncommon problem especially for X5's with ARS because those sway bar end links take a beating.

I had mine replaced too.

It's a relatively inexpensive part and is easily replaced.

Have you tried resetting the transmission adaptation?

Insert key. Press start to turn on electronics only. Push accelerator pedal all the way to the floor for about 30 seconds.

Just a thought.

No. I mean all of your measurements. Wrong Toe can cause more problems. What did your alignment shop say? No recommendations? You're only giving part of the picture.

Renntech is a flash done the right way. It does not affect the DDEs monitoring functions which means the tune is working within safe parameters.
