Cleaned any of the other intake parts, like the MAF, or the throttle? The only other piece that can cause a throttle slow return like that is the throttle itself.

The brushes I was talking about are the carbon brushes in the motor....

Swap the plug from 3 or 5 into the 4 hole. If that makes no difference, swap the plug wires. If that doesn't help, it's the cylinder.
