I would think for a wagon, which is a little less desirable (on the overall market.... I love them), you should try and shoot for 20%...

Typically car finance rates are quite a bit lower than mortgage rates.... so why wouldn't you finance your car, and put that money towards the principle on the mortgage, or other higher rate debt...
