Door Lock Actuator

Couldn't find any info specific to the X3. So, here's some advice. As most BMW you need to remove the key lock cylinder. On the X3 it wouldn't come out and you don't need to remove it.

AC Compressor Cycles every 5 seconds at idle

My wife's X3 while at idle does the above as mentioned. It cools very well. No issue with the AC performance. But, I can hear the compressor start and stop every 5 seconds while stopped at a light....

My wife's x3 had the same problem and got...

My wife's x3 had the same problem and got progressively worse. Was the Maf sensor which I ended up replacing. Cleaning would fix the problem for a couple of weeks I was getting mixture control codes.

Engine surging upon braking

2007 X3,

RPMs raise about 200 rpms when braking from 40 mph+.

I'm thinking a vacuum leak but has anyone had this issue and/or narrowed it donw?

IMO, the hood change does nothing but distract...

IMO, the hood change does nothing but distract from a good clean design. Totally pointless.
Same with the rear bumper. Car looks better not so squared off and I do prefer the white back up lights...

Thought I'd update the longterm performance of...

Thought I'd update the longterm performance of Rejex.
My original post was 6 months ago and its still beeding water.

It does lose the initial super slickness in about 3 months but still working....
