BMW does not actually have any lifetime fluids. Their "lifetime fluids" for their trans have always been designed for 100k miles. That's what BMW considers a life time.

Raw fuel making it out the exhaust is virtually impossible in a car that ISNT direct injection, has a cat, and is at operating temp. I have seen direct injection N54's and N55's come in shooting fuel...
