I know it appears that your battery is fine but BMWs act very strangely when the battery is weak. It isn't too much work to put in a new battery...might be worth a try.

You could try rebedding your brakes. Contrary to popular belief, rotors do not warp. They can, however, get build-up from the brake pads.
