I think I would go after the up-stream issue first. Replace the cam sensor, clear both codes, and see if the O2 sensor code comes...

The compressor clutch is about to fall off of the compressor shaft. The end bolt has probably fallen out. Stop spinning that thing as soon as possible before it flies off...
