Auto Zone diagnosed the alternator as having a bad diode. I am going to pick up another Bocsh rebuilt one tomorrow and slap it in. Hopefully it solves all my problems.

I tested the alternator and it is putting out 9.5v. I also charged up the battery with my dad's trunk and the car ran a lot better with the trunk helping out. Tomorrow I will take the alternator out...

Sounds like you got some frayed wires in the trunk wiring loom. It is a common failure point. Here is what my looked like when I first opened it up. :yikes:
