Have you ever replaced your control arm bushings? -- I had to replace mine at about 50k miles, and the car is much more stable at speed, and tracks better, as well.

I replaced my 2008 535xi lead acid battery with an AGM from AutoZone

And reprogramed and registered it with NCS Expert and INPA. Took all of 10 minutes.

I did it myself...

I have the e61 wagon. The seal cost $29. It took about an hour. For the wagon, you have to remove the rear moonroof panel, so that adds to the time.

Replaced my sunroof seal over the weekend...

Per the attached service bulletin, and the car is so much quieter. What a huge difference!

I did not have any specific leaks or howling, but I am really impressed how much the new seal has cut...
