Just FYI: the set twist is an easy DIY fix with $5 cost for a piece of tubing and couple clamps, I had it on both seats.
GLWS, I think the asking price is very reasonable.

It was rattling and I could hear it but I assume if it gets stuck somewhere it might not rattle. However, now thinking about it this should be easy to diagnose - if you don't have the clicking sound...

My son recently bought a nice 2001 330i but the remote unlock functions on the only key he got weren't working. Since one of my keys wasn't working either I thought it's time for new batteries....
