I have M3 style wheels staggered 19x8.5 et35 245/35, 19x9.5 et40 275/30 and they look real good.
I've had them for a couple of years now and no issues.

As mentioned earlier offset for the rear must be AT LEAST 35mm - although I've heard of someone running 33mm...

If the offset is 40 on both wheels the 245/35 & 275/30 will indeed fit. I have et35 on front and et40 on the back with those tire sizes.

I agree you can run staggered wheels on a 535xi just not those. That same vendor sells the same set with 35 & 40 offsets. Both will fit.
