Hard time getting the transmission off

I've been trying to swap my Transmission off, my bolts that are the E-14 size are stripping coming off, I can't get them out for nothing... I have to put a lot of force on them and they turn a little...

It's not the thermostat done replaced it, and removed it once to check replaced the water pump, that was a no go... I don't have a clug in the radiator as I can pour water in it and it will come out...
