Just cleaned out the 14 year old grease and re-lubed mine yesterday.
I was getting CD Error, it was stuck in the transport.
Works great now. I have an MP3 also.

Where did you read 4-6"?
Checked mine a few weeks ago, it was 3.28" WC.

Are you putting in OEM bushings/control arms?
If there was some anti seize put on those bolts they would have slid out without issue.
You won't have this problem if you use OEM arms.

For the $2600 I would have to guess that you are talking about the OSV that is behind the lower timing cover on the front of the engine, right?...
