Thanks, Ed:

With a regulator, I'll pressurize it to 1.5bar (22psi), then.

Herro!

My 2000 (11/99 build date) 528iT is losing coolant at the rate of about 1 quart every two weeks. Nothing drips from under the car, but I swear sometimes I can smell it. If I fill the...

On the EGS, I got the 150 error when my ecu stopped getting a reading from the crankshaft position sensor. In the context I was dealing with, my understanding is that the 150 error was a result of...

FWIW, I just went through this. I couldn't find an experience like mine already documented here, so this is more for posterity than anything else.

I had P0335 and P0727 on my 11/99 528iT (m52TU...

I appreciate the replies, sadly it was a moot point.

By the time you get the motor out and tear it down to the crank, well, you might as well just put in a lower-mileage used motor instead.

And...

What would an Indy charge?

'00 528iT (M52TU)--

The source of my problems as of late has turned out to be a damaged impulse sending wheel, the toothed wheel (wouldn't really call it a gear, as it does not bear any load) at...

I just went through a bunch of stuff with my ckp. When the new sensor didn't help, I *assumed* that there was a break in the wiring somewhere.

Hey,...
