I concur with the OP. I live in a town with one dealer, and the nearest out of town dealer is about an hour away. That's not a big deal. But I've met a CA at my dealer that is a straight shooter....

Mine did better.

My michelin oem tires are about out of tread and one on the front just developed a bubble. But they've got 31,500 miles. I think that's actually pretty good.

I finally got my 535i back from the shop after I'd wrecked it. They seem to have done a fine job... it drives perfect.

What they also did was get some sort of greasy fingerprint on the wood next...
