How accurate is the lease calculator on BMWCONFIG?

I was just wondering how accurate of a payment the lease calculator is on bmwconfig.com gives. Are there any better calculators out there to figure lease payments?

So on the east coast, standard EDs take 4-6 weeks and if you do PCD it will be about 8 weeks. Not too bad I guess...

How much time will be added for re-delivery after ED if I chose to do PCD? From what I hear, it will take longer than standard re-delivery.
