Try running a vacuum line from the CCV valve, to one of the vacuum ports back behind the intake manifold near the firewall. This will increase the vacuum into the crankcase and help seal the rings....

Most likely , you have a vacuum leak, that is going directly into one of those cylinders. Search vacuum leaks , and find where they are. Once you find them, they are simple to fix.
