Just use a Screwdriver or something similar to lift out the plastic gril. Its easy, the grill is flexible and cannot break.

I am not aware of a setting, as you would have with a connection over Bluetooth (something like "allow to Transfer Pictures also")

What you definitely have to see is Schloss Neuschwanstein. It's about two hours from Munich but it Looks better than disneyland :)

I never wash by hand, it always takes me two hours. I use washing machines with wax polish instead. My E46 M3 and E90 330xd still were looking great after 5 years.

In addition, with 2.47.5 or higher you can for sure add radio data (changing the cannels) and telephone data (Scrolling through your addresses, incomming calls)
