Can someone let me know if this just updates the maps or does it improve the routing also? The 2014 version didn't seem to change some of the routing that was incorrect.

I doubt they changed the starter construction. If you research the part number its a Bosch unit used in many years and many models. But this feature will be mandated in a few years her in the US.

My local dealer now uses a new Hunter machine that they don't have to weight the car down. The height gets input into the computer some how and also inputs amount of gas, etc.
