Yes it does.. and if you want the BEST, Bavarian Technic is the best.. Just read the specs carefully, they have one that only can manage I think 3 unique VIN's and the other is unlimited...

Have you used a code reader? You can get codes out of the computers without tripping the CEL... If you don't have it, get yourself a copy of BMW Carly and the OBD2 adapter. It's an invaluable tool...

COULD be that your lower steering column knuckle is starting to bind up. Just happened to my 2007 328xi at 149k miles. I replaced the column DIY, and now that tight/heavy BMW feeling is BACK!

You might want to check out the two threads below... But I can tell you that I replaced my VCG and the Valvetronic gasket as well and never did anything "special" on reassembly except what you read...
