Blue, I have the I6 e39, and the CCV did not have the vacuum line. However, after at least 3 failed CCV's, I did the CCV delete mod and never looked back! :-)

UPDATE: FIXED!!! Opened up remote and solder connection was broken on the battery! Solder joint on other side was intact, but pin came out of the solder joint. :-) Fixed. I still replaced the battery...
