I bet that it is the starter. I don't know if you can get to the starter relay on this engine or not, but I'd start by seeing if any voltage is present at the starter relay.

I've run a set of the RSA tires for about 2,000 miles now and really like them. I changed out some Yokohama tires. The Cooper tires are quite and have excellent wet and dry traction.

The MAF is located in the ducting between the air filter and throttle valve. You should see a wire harness and two Torx screws. Remove the harness and the screws and carefully remove the MAF.
