I went with 255/40 fronts and 285/35 rears on my 18"s. Also lowered on KW coilovers. Its a great setup as its a commuter car - comfort is key for me.

Looks like they are 33 and 44 offsets front and rear (http://www.bmwstylewheels.com/bmw/311). They'll fit but you might want some spacers as those offsets are slightly high for a RWD e60.
