I've had the bearings on my fronts changed twice...

I've had the bearings on my fronts changed twice (both wheels and then one wheel). I had a mechanic do it-- its a very tough job and you need special tools and equip.

Hey! I suspected there was a special tool. Thanks. And I tried the pry with a screwdriver part but that did not work. It succeeded in getting metal shavings from the terminals all over the battery.

I'm changing the battery in my E36. But the ***@@@##!! terminals won't come off the battery! they wiggle from side to side but will not pull off vertically even when I completely remove the bolts...

I am not criticising the upper vs. lower part. I'm saying the dual knobbies on the lower part do not actually give the passenger a different temp than the driver like they are supposed to.

The cupholders are not completely useless (excluding glove comp't one), I've gotten drinks to fit in there, but for 5 years I had velcro over the cup holders so I could attach/detach a walkman CD...
