There have been a couple posts on the "P" park position micro switch out of adjustment. Is you "P" not illuminated when you have the problem? At least watch for that if it happens again.

I purchased my bolt locally when I did the N62 A/C tensioner conversion. You should be abke to get the correct bolt and torque value. M10 0r M12 etc. not sure what bolt size you have.
