thats called a tumbler.. look on side of lock...

look on side of lock cylinder.. should be a spot where you can stick a safety pin in..
it should remove cylinder from ign housing..

search for the "spinning key fix"...

First.. do a full service on the vehicle.
Once its in roadworthy condition.. start making improvements. :thumbs:

Make sure the engine is in tip top...

most common culprit is low voltage..
fuses and battery has been checked/replaced(?)
