you can have the seats re-stuffed. A member here complained of the same problem and an upholstry shop replaced all the cushions in the seats and now it's like sitting on a cloud.

Sorry to see you leave. A Z with hard top and snow tires is perfect for year round driving. However if you need to carry more than 1 person around, I can see it being an issue as an only car.
