I haven't experienced this with the Michelin AS3's at all. Mines are great past 10k miles, however they aren't good in snow yet handling is far superior!

Did you purchase the car from a BMW dealer? That sucks, bro this is why you need an extended warranty with these cars. That car you purchased had many reports of turbo and HPFP issues.
