I agree, but some states do have labeling requirements for any biodiesel content. That is the case here in TX. Don't know about NC.

I consider biodiesel as an additive in such small concentrations. ASTM does as well because they allow diesel to have up to 5% biodiesel and still meet the spec for #2 diesel fuel.
